Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your ReefCMD account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

1. Sign in at app.reefcmd.com (or in the ReefCMD app).
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete Account, type the confirmation, and confirm.

Email info@reefcmd.com from your account’s email address and we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

You don’t have to delete your whole account to remove data. While signed in you can delete individual parameter readings, photos, and animals, or remove an entire tank while keeping your account. You can also email info@reefcmd.com to request that specific data be deleted.

Everything tied to your account is permanently removed: your profile and login, all tanks, parameter readings, photos, animals, maintenance logs, and integration / device settings. Active subscriptions are billed by Apple, Google, or Stripe — cancel those through your app store (Apple ID / Google Play Subscriptions) or via the web billing page.
